What You Need


In addition to a high school diploma, you usually need a college diploma, government-approved training or other courses, and experience in your field. You may benefit from occupational certification when available.

To be an airline load planner, you need a restricted radio operator's licence and usually you need airline operations experience.

Most recent entrants have a community college diploma, and almost 3 in 10 have an undergraduate university degree.
